What data we process

Name, email address, phone number, billing details (company name and NRT if you request an invoice in a company's name), your bookings, your hour-wallet balance and the movement history. We do not process bank details: card payments are handled directly by the bank's gateway and Colibrí only receives the confirmation.

Why

To manage bookings and access to the centre, issue invoices, manage hour packs and the referral programme, and answer your enquiries. With your consent, to send you news from the centre.

Legal basis

Performance of the booking contract, compliance with legal obligations (invoicing and IGI) and, for commercial communications, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

For how long

While you are a customer and, afterwards, for the period required by Andorran tax and commercial regulations for invoices. Wallet movements are kept as an accounting record.

Who we share it with

The bank that processes payments, the web hosting provider and the accountant for invoicing. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to PENDING. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the APDA (www.apda.ad).
